The Big Bash League(BBL) is one of the top men's T20 leagues across the globe being played in Australia. Each of the 8 teams that compete represents a different state or territory. Each club will play three opponents twice and the other teams once in the competition, which has been reduced to 40 regular-season games. While the third and fourth-place teams will play in an elimination round, the top team in the rankings will advance directly to the Final. The Challenger winner advances to the Final, while the winner of the Eliminator will play the Challenger's second-place team.
