Opener Anamul Haque returns to the Test squad after three years as the Bangladesh Cricket Board(BCB) announced a 15-member squad for the second Test against Zimbabwe. The second test is scheduled to begin on 28th April at Chattogram.
There are two changes from the squad that played the first Test. Anamul Haque Bijoy earned a recall to the national test team after showing good form in the Dhaka Division Premier League. Haque also became the first batter from Bangladesh to rack up 50 tons in recognized cricket. Haque last played a test in the year 2022.
