Cricket South Africa has dealt with a fresh blow with fast bowler Gerald Coetzee now officially ruled out of the ODI tri-series in Pakistan & Champions Trophy due to a groin issue.
According to the statement issued by CSA Coetzee experienced " Tightness" while completing his 10 overs in training sessions at the Centre Of Excellence in Pretoria. The medical team that further looked into the case of Coetzee determined that an extreme workload of bowling 10 overs in 50-over matches could be a very risk of increasing the injury.
