But have you heard you heard politicians using Cricketing terms to describe themselves or their rival candidates? or being described with a certain player?

If not, let's discuss if politicians were Cricketers with whom they'll be paired, Without wasting much time let's discuss

If Politicians Were Cricketers

1. Narendra Modi as Sachin Tendulkar

We all must have heard the chants of Sachinnn Sachin!!! in the ground or seen it all on television, as he is perceived as the God of Cricket, quite similar to Sachin Tendulkar Narendra Modi is also a cult figure in the Indian Community.

We all must have heard Har Ghar Mai Modi during the election campaigns by the BJP.

Sachin Tendulkar has helped India reach new heights in Cricket, he made Cricket a Popular sport in India. Similarly, Narendra Modi with his Ideologies that helped the country grow, made Modi a political hero of all the nation.

Sachin Tendulkar included many shots in his armory like sweep shots, paddle sweeps, Uppercut, etc., to make him a better player, Similarly, Modi made many new schemes like Atmanirbhar Bharat, Make in India Scheme, Swachh Bharat, etc.

2. Rahul Gandhi as Rishabh Pant

Both of them are young and well-read as well, and both of them got many opportunities but they just haven't capitalized on them, both have legacies to carry forward, Pant has to carry forward MS Dhoni's Legacy, for Rahul Gandhi has to carry the legacy of his family and forefathers who have been involved for politics for a long time.

3. Arvind Kejriwal as Rohit Sharma

Integrity-Integrity goes beyond just being honest. Integrity is about being consistent, honest, and trustworthy. Both Rohit Sharma in Cricket and Kejriwal in politics have proved it.

Both have Superb records Sharma is the only player who has scored 3 double centuries in ODI history. AAP led by Kejriwal had nearly a clean sweep in both the 2015 and 2020 Elections with unbeatable records.

True gentlemen have been stalwarts in their fields and a true gentleman.

Undisputed leaders Rohit and Kejriwal have led their team from the front.

4. Yogi Adityanath as Virat Kohli

Both are aggressive in their fields and don't shy away from showing it at all. Just like Kohli uses his aggression to dominate the opposition, Yogi Ji also has made many aggressive moves to outclass his opponents.

In terms of fitness, everyone knows that Virat Kohli is a fitness freak and a youth icon looked upon by many youngsters and a crowd favorite, similarly, Yogi Ji also is an icon among the people, admired by many in terms of fitness too.

In terms of successors, Virat Kohli was touted to be the likely successor of Sachin Tendulkar which he did eventually, similarly in politics Yogi Ji is the natural successor of Modi Ji. Both are the best in their fields and have great potential.

5. Amit Shah as MS Dhoni

Both Amit Shah and MS Dhoni are hailed as ' Chanakya' among many, Due to their leadership, groundwork ethics, laying out strategies, and unorthodox methods to win, even in the toughest of situations Dhoni won games for India. Amit Shah has managed to turn the tables from a difficult position to forming the government.

9. Akhilesh Yadav as KL Rahul

Both have great potential in terms of skill and thinking, KL Rahul is touted as one of the best batters currently going around in the country, but he just loses his steam in crunch situations, similarly, Akhilesh Yadav has enough skills in him to be a future candidate for a top position however his poor decisions have ensured that he is sidelined a bit from the main arena.

10. Nitin Gadkari as Rahul Dravid

Both Gadkari and Rahul Dravid are a bit reserved in nature pretty rarely do they show their emotions on the field, their only aim is to make the team win, and most importantly their chances of failure are rare.

Both these personalities go under the radar, often written off by the people, but just like Washington Sundar who is struggling at the moment, Navin Patnaik is a tough nut to crack, the most common thing in them is that both have great temperament they focus on to improve themselves every day.
