In the PSL 2024 championship game, Islamabad United had a spectacular performance with the ball, holding Multan Sultans to a low total. Imad Wasim, an experienced all-rounder, proved to be the United's main wrecker as he soundly defeated the Sultans with a five-wicket haul.
Shadab Khan's squad opened with the bowling, and the left-arm spinner quickly took the game into his hands by taking out the hitter David Willey and Yasir Khan in his opening over.
As if that weren't enough, he came back and dismissed Chris Jordan, Khushdil Shah, and Johnson Charles, making history as the first bowler to ever take five wickets in a PSL final.
However, besides his on-field heroics, one of Imad's off-field actions grabbed the limelight when he was caught smoking on live TV.

The outstanding all-around player was spotted lounging and puffing on a cigarette in the United changing room after completely demolishing the Sultans with a stunning fifer.
The cameraman captured his move which went viral on social media, showcasing a range of responses from fans worldwide.
In terms of the match, the Sultans were once reduced to 127 for nine thanks to the outstanding bowling of Shadab and Imad. But Iftikhar Ahmed's a valiant 20-ball, 32*-run cameo helped them to a respectable 159 runs in 20 overs.
