German Football maestro Phillip Lahm has picked France as the favorite to win the Euros 2024 describing the current lot as well-equipped and full of blessed talents. Lahm is the tournament director of the 2024 Euro and also expects Germany's performances to come well as this will be their first home tournament since hosting the World Cup in 2006. He lauded the work done by head coach Julian Nagelsmann and director of football Ruud Voller.
Lahm was full of praise for Nagelsmann identifying him as a 'people catcher' and also remarked him as a 'young talented coach' Who has developed a tactical approach that is helping the national side who are struggling for form at the moment.
Nagelsmann led Germany to the title finish in FIFA World Cup 2014 their only recent trophy. Meanwhile Lahm, also remarked that a team can get the best out of itself by displaying a powerful performance on the pitch and dominating the entire tournament.
