While Lahore Qalandars face Islamabad United in the opening match of the Pakistan Super League 2024 on Saturday, February 17, at Gaddafi Stadium, they will be looking for their 3rd consecutive title.
The PSL 2024 would feature six teams competing in 34 matches, with four stadiums serving as hosts: Karachi, Lahore, Multan, and Rawalpindi. Two-time winners Lahore and Islamabad will face off in the opener in Lahore, and the final will be held in Karachi on March 18.

This year, the Quetta Gladiators have one captaincy change, with South African batter Rilee Rossouw taking over for Sarfaraz Ahmed. Sri Lankan all-rounder Wanindu Hasaranga and West Indies spinner Akeal Hosein will play for the Gladiators in the tournament's ninth edition.
