India and Kolkata Knight Riders batter Rinku Singh opened up about his ambitions to win a major trophy for his team at the senior level.
Despite going through a lean run in IPL 2024 scoring just 168 runs in 11 innings with an average of 18.66 the batter is still hopeful and motivated that good things will come his way soon.
While Talking about his time with the Indian Team the dashing left-handed batter has played 15 matches, scoring 356 runs in 11 innings with an average of 89.00 and Strike Rate hovering around 176.24, despite a good CV to claim a selection in the World Cup squad, Rinku Singh was left out and now is listed in the reserves.
However, this setback has not impacted Rinku Singh one bit the batter is even more hungry and motivated to do well for himself and for his team.

Rinku Singh fondly recalled the 5 successive sixes he hit against Yash Dayal last season at Ahmedabad, which helped Kolkata Knight Riders(KKR) to secure an unlikely win. He admitted that this knock changed his life completely in terms of fame and recognition and also boosted his chances for his India call-up. Rinku in the interview stated that he cannot go out alone anymore as he got so much fame and name, also revealing he started getting ads he was happy that his hoardings are now being used.

As a finisher, Rinku Singh always focused on being calm in every situation focusing on the body position and bat speed.
On IPL Fronts the Kolkata Knight Riders are set to face the Sunrisers Hyderabad in Ahmedabad for Qualifier 1.
