The SA20 2025-26 season will be the fourth season of South Africa s premier T20 franchise league. The tournament will take place from 26 December 2025 to 26 January 2026 and features six IPL-owned teams - MI Cape Town, Sunrisers Eastern Cape, Joburg Super Kings, Durban Super Giants, Paarl Royals, and Pretoria Capitals. The SA20 brings together the best international and local players in a highly entertaining format. Following MI Cape Town winning the title in 2025, the 2026 season is set to be even more exciting with squads expanded from 14 to 20 players, Right-to-Match cards, and a youth element, needing to sign two U23 players for each squad. Matches will be played in iconic locations throughout South Africa, and SA20 continues to develop and be the leading player in the global T20 context.
