Today, Virat Bowed Out of Test Cricket, marking the end of a beautiful era that saw India dominate sides both home & away. India played 11 home series under the leadership of Kohli & ended up winning all the series. Virat the batter too played a pivotal role in helping India win the Border Gavaskar Trophy in Australia for the first time in 2018.
Virat's place in the side was never in doubt until his form started to dwindle a bit in the last few years that saw Kohli struggle for runs. Still the Indian maestro will be regarded highly in the setup for his services done to Indian Cricket.
