The Women's Premier League's second season will begin on February 23 at Bengaluru's M Chinnaswamy Stadium and feature the current champion Mumbai Indians against the Delhi Capitals, the league's finalists from the previous season.

The Women's Premier League will have 22 games in total this season. The last game will take place in Delhi's Arun Jaitley Stadium on March 17. Every game will begin at 7:30 p.m. On March 15, the eliminator will take place.
In line with the previous campaign, the WPL will not have a home-away format. But in the next season, the competition will take place in two cities: Bengaluru and Delhi.
The top three teams in the league stage will advance to the playoffs in the 2024 WPL season, which will operate on the same schedule as the previous one. The club that tops the league standings advances directly to the championship game, while the second and third-place teams compete in the Eliminator on March 15.

The Mumbai Indians, captained by Harmanpreet Kaur, defeated the Delhi Capitals by seven wickets to win the inaugural WPL season the previous year.
Meg Lanning, the captain of DC, ended with 345 runs to win the tournament's top run scorer. Hayley Mathews of MI won the Purple Cap after taking 16 wickets in 10 games.
